𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞!
After several processes of selection, the 29 most promising young leaders of Bula managed to land for their respective positions.
The newly selected Municipal Youth Vice Mayor, Angelica Del Rosario Relos is kind and friendly. This 20 year-old woman, a resident of Barangay Ombao Polpog, Bula, Camarines Sur, is a third Year Nursing Student of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges.
The Municipal Youth Vice Mayor is more determined than ever was before. She is the daughter of Danilo and Syril(†) Relos. She is capable of leading for she is currently the Public Relations Officer-College Red Cross Youth Council.
She graduated elementary at School of the Future and completed Junior High School at Computer Science High School of Bicolandia, and finished Senior High School at Naga City Science High School (STEM Strand).
Angelica wants to overcome the stigma about mental illness. Because she strongly believes that ”People who talk about their mental health struggles are not attention seeking, they’re support seeking.”
One of her Favourite saying is from John Seaman Garns states as “Real leaders are ordinary people with extraordinary determinations.” And it is evident for she is more determined than she was ever before, and she promised to be more to the service of others, and that she will manifest it.
She is the counterpart of our supportive Vice Mayor, Nilo “Totoy” C. Malanyaon II.
