You can now register online!

  1. Go to: https://prod9.ebpls.com/bulacamarinessur/index.php/register
  2. Fill out the registration form.
    a. Please put your email and please answer your security questions to recover your account just in case you forgot your password.
    b. Don’t forget to put check on the checkbox to agree the terms and conditions then click Register.
  3. After you register, go to your email for your account to be validated.
  4. Log in using your validated account.
  5. Click here to apply.

REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW BUSINESS APPLICATION

  1. Barangay Business Clearance where the business is located.
  2. Proof of Business Registration in any of the following, i,e, Certified of Registration.
    a) Issued by the SEC for all kinds of Corporation;
    b) Issued by Cooperative Development Authority (CPA) for cooperatives;
    c) Issued by DTI for Sole Proprietor.
  3. Location sketch where the business premises is located.

NOTE: Be sure that you follow first the Initial Application for Business Permit, i.e.

  1. Application for Zoning Certification Locational Clearance @ MPDO
  2. Application for Building Permit @ MBO.
  3. Application for Occupancy Permit @ MEO
  4. Application for Fire Safety Inspection Certificate for occupancy @ BFP

REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSINESS RENEWAL

  1. Proof of Annual gross receipts which may include:
    a. Audited Financial Statements (AFS) or unaudited SFS for those who are not required to file AFS with the BIR.
    b. Sworn declaration of gross sales or receipts; or
    c. Income Tax Returns
  2. Barangay Business Clearance.
