Confirmed Cases of COVID-19 recorded in Bicol Region
As of July 27, 2020, confirmed cases of COVID-19 recorded in Bicol Region are three hundred eighty (380).
Three (3) recoveries have been recorded today. Total number of recoveries in Bicol Region is now one hundred sixty-two (162). Active cases are two hundred ten (210).
List of recoveries:
Bicol#213 – 23-year old male from Tabaco City, Albay.
Bicok#222 – 53-year old male from Oas, Albay.
Bicol#223 – 36-year old male from Legazpi City, Albay.
Note: Recoveries not reported to Regional Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit (RESU) are not included in the daily report.
On test results received
A total of one hundred sixty-five (165) test results were received today. One hundred forty-three (143) are from Bicol Regional Diagnostic and Reference Laboratory (BRDRL) while twenty-two (22) are from Bicol Medical Center (BMC).

Breakdown of 157 negative results:
Albay PHO – 29, BMC – 7, Camarines Norte – 9, Camarines Sur – 1, Sorsogon – 11, CESU Legazpi- 85, and NICC – 15.
On probable and suspect cases
Bicol Region have five (5) suspect cases and one (1) probable case – all are from Albay.

DOH CHD-Bicol reminds the public that the Community Quarantine is still in effect, thus, guidelines and directives must be complied with. Staying in our homes and following preventive measures against COVID-19 are the simplest yet helpful acts which everyone can contribute in minimizing the spread of COVID-19 in the community.
