Confirmed Cases of COVID-19 recorded in Bicol Region
As of July 31, 2020, confirmed cases of COVID-19 recorded in Bicol Region are four hundred forty-six (446).
On Recoveries
Two (2) recoveries have been recorded today. Active cases are two hundred thirty-nine (239).
List of recoveries:
Bicol#229 – 23-year old female from Virac, Catanduanes.
Bicol#247 – 19-year old female from Gigmoto, Catanduanes
Note: Recoveries not reported to Regional Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit (RESU) are not included in the daily report.
On test results received
A total of three hundred twenty-three (323) test results were received today. Two hundred eighty-five (285) are from Bicol Regional Diagnostic and Reference Laboratory (BRDRL) while thirty-eight (38) are from Bicol Medical Center (BMC).

Breakdown of 308 negative results:
Albay PHO – 1, BRTTH – 24, BMC – 38, Camarines Norte – 2, Masbate – 123, and Naga CESU – 120.
On probable and suspect cases
The one (1) probable case and one (1) suspect case are from Albay.

DOH CHD-Bicol reminds the public that the Community Quarantine is still in effect, thus, guidelines and directives must be complied with. Staying in our homes and following preventive measures against COVID-19 are the simplest yet helpful acts which everyone can contribute in minimizing the spread of COVID-19 in the community.
