Confirmed Cases of COVID-19 recorded in Bicol Region
As of August 4, 2020, confirmed cases of COVID-19 recorded in Bicol Region are five hundred twelve (512).
A total of six (6) recoveries have been reported today by LGU to RESU. Active cases are two hundred fifty-five (255).
List of recoveries:
Bicol#240 -29- year old male from Legazpi City, Albay
Bicol#260 – 22-year old male from Tabaco City, Albay
Bicol#261 – 20-year old female from Tabaco City, Albay
Bicol#275 – 22-year old female from Legazpi City, Albay
Bicol#279 – 57-year old male Naga City.
Bicol#281 – 33-year old male from Matnog, Sorsogon.
Note: Recoveries not reported to Regional Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit (RESU) are not included in the daily report.
On test results received
A total of four hundred fifty-five (455) test results were received today. Three hundred ninety-one (391) are from Bicol Regional Diagnostic and Reference Laboratory (BRDRL) while sixty-four (64) are from Bicol Medical Center (BMC).

Breakdown of 427 negative results:
Albay PHO -1, BRTTH – 31, BMC – 94, Camarines Sur – 56, Catanduanes – 4, Masbate – 120, Sorsogon – 25, Legazpi CESU – 51, and Naga CESU – 45.

DOH CHD-Bicol reminds the public that the Community Quarantine is still in effect, thus, guidelines and directives must be complied with.
