Kamuknaan 2021: Singing Contest

Municipality of Bula invites you to join the KAMUKNAAN 2021 SINGING CONTEST.

  1. The contest is open to all residents of Bula.
  2. One representative for each Barangay.
  3. Must not have any travel history outside of Camarines Sur for March 1 to 30, 2021.
  4. Song must be an original composition in Rinconada.
  5. Song must be at least 3 and maximum of 6 minutes.
  6. Contestant will be held on March 30, 2021 at the BuB Training Hall, Municipal Compound Bula, Camarines Sur.
  7. Only contestants will be allowed to enter the venue.
  8. Contestants are required to the minimum health standards during the entire event.
  9. Each performance will be recorded and posted in facebook for voting.
